MAKE SURE YOU STOP IN. This place in incredible. The service was spectacular - walked in a wide eyed Americans with zero French abilities and welcomed with genuine hospitality. Our food took a little longer than they expected (we were having a great time and didn’t even notice) and our waitress gave us another drink on the house for the delay. After we told her we were traveling and she wrote down multiple places for us to stop while on holiday. Stop in - it’s worth it.

Cozy restaurant with exceptional food. A concise but varied menu, and unbeatable treatment and service. The place is comfortable, very stylish with a classic touch and a very appropriate environment/experience.
The chef came over to ask how it went as well as the owners. They took care of us. This one does deserve a Michelin mention. TOP balance modern and classic food.

The perfect dining experience. We had a large group of 12 and they readily accommodated us on short notice. The menu was well curated, the food was well prepared and the service was excellent. Will definitely go back once again on our next visit. Highly recommended.

We were visiting from Canada and stayed in Cabrieres for a week, during which we went to Le Vieux Bistro for dinner twice. Can’t say enough about this place! The food was excellent, the atmosphere wonderful. What really makes it worth the stop though are the owners. Friendly, chatty, and generous with the pours and portions, it feels more like having dinner at a friends place, but with much better food. We felt like regulars after only two visits. Will definitely come back the next time we’re in the area!

We stayed a comfortable night here. The room was attractive and spacious with a good bathroom. Shampoo etc supplied, hairdryer, mini fridge and safe. We stayed here because we failed to get a room in the nearby guest house, and it was really our last choice. The reasons for this were price - much higher, and no pool. We were well cared for by the owner (?). Parking is somewhat limited, but the little town is charming and picturesque, with woods to walk in nearby. The hotel also has a successful restaurant in an airy courtyard, though we found it rather expensive too.

Les Bories
In Luberon, “bories” are dry-stone huts built by and for shepherds and they inspired the architecture of this farmstead on the road to Sénanque Abbey. Overlooking sweet-scented scrubland, the grounds and gardens provide the foundation of the scrumptious provençal-focused cuisine, which showcases regional produce such as Sisteron lamb and Mediterranean fish without forgetting fruit and veg from Luberon.

Le Mas - Alexis Osmont
Alexis Osmont’s market-inspired cuisine is as spontaneous as the old farmhouse seems timeless. Let yourself be transported into Alexis’ creative and culinary universe – he cannot be rivalled for his knack for enhancing the treasures of the Vaucluse: asparagus, girolle mushrooms, artichoke…

L'Orangerie
This famous village is one of the most prized in the Luberon Regional Nature Park. This stately home, which dominates the valley, now houses a luxury hotel – as well as this restaurant and its stunning terrace shaded by chestnut trees. The view is one of the location's greatest assets. In the style of a luxury brasserie, the menu gives some of the classics a Provençal twist: think gambero rosso with grapefruit, sole meunière and dauphinoise potatoes with lemon, or fillet of lamb with white asparagus. Evening tasting menu featuring dishes from the à la carte menu.
