The magnificent traditional wainscoting is the work of a cabinetmaker, lithographs by Tomi Ungerer adorn the walls, while copious helpings, local ingredients and traditional regional recipes (presskopf, choucroute, game) depict the gourmet tribute to Alsace, down to the splendid selection of mainly organic wines.
