They did not show up

We were waiting for over 1 hour with a little child and nobody show up. They did not answer the phone and also did not answer our emails. That’s just unacceptable!

Hello,
We did talk with the booking center and you didn't give any adress, just the port of Nice that's not enough, the guide was there but how to find you, you also didn't give an phone or contact to call you, the guide did wait for you there one hour, you said that you called us but we can proove that there was no income call, no adress, no contact.... how can you give so little details to reach you???? And then you give us a bad review.... that's so easy we should give you a bad review as a very bad client but of course is not possible. Next time please do like everybody, adress/contact/phone....

Latent was a fantastic tour person. He was fun, friendly and had a wealth of knowledge about Nice and all the surrounding towns we visited including Monaco, Montecarlo, La Turbie and Eze.
