Recommended by our concierge. We asked for something local and unique and he ringed this place.
Special starter: seabream tartar with raspberry and peach. Interesting with fresh fish pieces but I hope it can be more citrusy as it’s a little bland now.
Pork pate for something local. Really flavorful. Great selections. Baguette tastes good too.
The gap between first and second courses were quite long.
Ravioli with shrimp and crab is really delicious. The sauce is particularly full of umami. The stuffing is very generous.
Sea bass was recommended. The aroma constantly wafts to our table. The crispy skin is fabulous. The mushed potato is so creamy and buttery, one of the best I’ve had.
Stuffed Aubergine was also recommended. It’s called imam biladi but more like Turkish-French fusion. Turkish style from the bulgur and French style from the seasoning.
The deserts are heavenly. Delicious and not too sweet at all. I’ve had baba au rhum in the UK before (lol it’s a joke I know) and this one really changed my opinion of the cake. Soft and spongy. Absorbing the good rum flavor. I’m never a fan of whipped cream but this fresh one is so good. Custard is yummy.
The French flan is wonderful. So different from the Spanish one. I love the custard texture. Right balance between jelly and cake texture and the crust is delightful. Best custard dessert I have had.
Service is friendly but expect waiting.
Beautiful view with a breeze.

Fantastic place for a dinner in Gordes. Just a minute away from the main square but on the side which gives you great views and a nice breeze. Pricey but good food and a romantic atmosphere on an evening after a sunny day.

Perfect 10/10 meal in Gordes. The tomato stuffed with tuna was the perfect starter and was so fresh and delicious. The seafood ravioli was AMAZING. Perfectly cooked shrimp and fish, wonderful flavors. Pavlova with local strawberries was the perfect end to the meal, so many different textures and not too rich. I would come back here for every meal until I leave the Luberon Valley if I could. My girlfriend is the best, she knows just what to order. Also top notch service - food comes out quickly but you don’t feel rushed at all and the people who work here are really nice :)

Les Bories
In Luberon, “bories” are dry-stone huts built by and for shepherds and they inspired the architecture of this farmstead on the road to Sénanque Abbey. Overlooking sweet-scented scrubland, the grounds and gardens provide the foundation of the scrumptious provençal-focused cuisine, which showcases regional produce such as Sisteron lamb and Mediterranean fish without forgetting fruit and veg from Luberon.

Le Mas - Alexis Osmont
Alexis Osmont’s market-inspired cuisine is as spontaneous as the old farmhouse seems timeless. Let yourself be transported into Alexis’ creative and culinary universe – he cannot be rivalled for his knack for enhancing the treasures of the Vaucluse: asparagus, girolle mushrooms, artichoke…

L'Orangerie
This famous village is one of the most prized in the Luberon Regional Nature Park. This stately home, which dominates the valley, now houses a luxury hotel – as well as this restaurant and its stunning terrace shaded by chestnut trees. The view is one of the location's greatest assets. In the style of a luxury brasserie, the menu gives some of the classics a Provençal twist: think gambero rosso with grapefruit, sole meunière and dauphinoise potatoes with lemon, or fillet of lamb with white asparagus. Evening tasting menu featuring dishes from the à la carte menu.
