- With skip-the-line tickets to Arc de Triomphe, you will have reserved time slots to enter. You cannot skip the line for ticket validation and mandatory security checks. There are lifts inside, but the observation deck is accessible only via stairs (40 steps). One-way public transport tickets are included. 1 licensed guide can lead a group of 1-5 people.
