Stop atMont-Saint-Michel
When you first see Mont Saint-Michel, a sense of trepidation and unreality of what is happening appears. The majestic abbey in the style of flaming Gothic is located on the island-rock and since 709 has been enclosing a micro-city in its walls. You can walk through the mysterious halls, look into the monastery cathedral and refectory, get acquainted with the life of monks, walk along the only GrandeRue street built with medieval stone houses, sit in one of the cozy cafes serving oysters and calvados. From the observation deck on the rock there is a stunning view of the sea. The incredibly interesting history of the abbey and the former prison, mysteries and mystical coincidences will take you on an exciting journey a few centuries ago.

This is a great way to go see Mont Saint Michel. Yaroslav was our driver. He was very kind and courteous and had great driving skills! Mont Saint Michel is a special place in France from the setting to the architecture of the village. If you’re visiting Paris or Normandy it is well worth a visit. This tour offers a very comfortable transport and your own driver so you have flexibility with timing. We highly recommend this tour and your visit to Mont Saint Michel will be well worth it!
Wonderful trip to Mont Saint Michel

Had a personal driver, Benjamin, who drove us the 3.5 hours one way in a comfortable Mercedes to this incredible site. He waited while we spent about 4 hours touring the abbey and village, then drove us back to our hotel in Paris. I highly recommend this tour and Benjamin if you want to see this Unesco World Heritage site. We could have taken a less expensive tour however we would have had to navigate the Paris metro system cold turkey, so pick up at our hotel was great. Also, I couldn't find any other tours that even offered hotel pick up service .

Excellent experience with this tour company. Our two drivers (Ahmed and Benjamin) were outstanding. They were on time and very reliable. It was a great way to get to Mont Saint Michel from Paris with just our family. We did not want to take the big tour bus. I would highly recommend taking a private car. Made the trip very enjoyable. The tour company gave us a time range to pick from as the start of our day. Dispatcher and travel person both confirmed the trip and provided us with our drivers contact information.

We were very pleased with our booking of a van for a day trip from our Paris hotel to MSM. The tour company was very responsive and appropriately communicated to confirm prior to the trip, including providing the drivers whatsapp. Our driver, Ahmed, arrived ahead of time and was extremely courteous and an excellent driver. The van was clean and well stocked with water and a booster seat (by request), and WiFi was made available for the entire trip. We were able to make both legs of the trip in the expected time frame. I highly recommend Marcel tours for this service.
