Le Marais Tour for Foodies – A Perfect Parisian Experience with Achraf
Alexa_T, Mar 2025
This tour was the highlight of our time in Paris, and Achraf made it absolutely unforgettable. Each stop was unique and filled with history, culture, and charm:
1. Marché Couvert des Enfants Rouges – The oldest food market in Paris was buzzing with local flavor. Achraf pointed out the best stalls and gave us tips on what to try. A foodie paradise!
2. La Rue des Rosiers – The heart of the Jewish Quarter. Achraf brought the street to life with stories of tradition, resilience, and the best spots for falafel and pastries.
3. Église Saint-Paul Saint-Louis – A beautiful, peaceful stop. Achraf shared just the right amount of history to help us appreciate its significance without feeling overwhelmed.
4. Place des Vosges – Simply stunning. The first royal square in Paris, and Achraf helped us imagine what it was like centuries ago. His storytelling made it feel magical.
5. Jardin de l’Hôtel de Sully – A hidden gem! Tucked away behind a noble mansion, this quiet garden was the perfect place to pause. Achraf’s insight made us feel like insiders.
Achraf was warm, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made the whole group feel engaged and welcomed, and his passion for Paris was contagious. If you’re considering this tour—go! And ask for Achraf.
